About Data Deletion Requests
At Fukugi Living, we respect our customers' privacy and sincerely respond to personal information deletion requests. Customers who have interacted with us through Instagram or other social media platforms can request deletion of their personal data at any time.
Data Subject to Deletion
The following data is subject to deletion:
- •Social Media Interactions: Message history, comments, and interaction records with our accounts on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- •Inquiry Information: Personal information provided through email or contact forms
- •Reservation Information: Personal information provided during accommodation reservations (name, contact information, stay history, etc.)
- •Marketing Information: Information collected for newsletter distribution and promotional materials
How to Request Deletion

Processing Period and Confirmation

Deletion Constraints
In the following cases, data deletion may not be possible or the period may be extended:

Third-Party Data
For data not directly managed by us (booking sites, payment services, etc.), you will need to make deletion requests directly to each service provider. We can provide appropriate contact information as needed.
